Getting to Dénia

Travelling to Dénia is easy thanks to its excellent transport connections with both Valencia and Alicante. If you’re travelling by car, Dénia can be reached via the AP-7 motorway or the N-332 coastal road. The journey from either Valencia or Alicante takes approximately one to one and a half hours.Public transport is also a convenient option. From Alicante, TRAM Line 9 connects Dénia with popular coastal towns including Benidorm, Altea and Calpe. If you’re travelling from Valencia, you can take the train to Gandia and continue by bus to Dénia. Several daily coach services also connect Dénia with major Spanish cities.

Dénia is also well known for its busy ferry port. Regular ferries depart for the Balearic Islands, including Ibiza and Mallorca, making the town a popular starting point for island-hopping adventures.
